General Conditions of Sale (CGV) AD'dogs - Canine Education and Canine Sports Center. 1. OBJECT These general conditions of sale govern all the services offered by AD'dogs to its customers in the field of dog training and dog sports. 2. REGISTRATION AND RESERVATION 2.1. Registration: All registration for the Center's services is made on the basis of a duly completed and signed registration form. 2.2. Reservation: Reservations for courses or additional services are made according to availability and are confirmed by the Center. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS 3.1. Prices: The prices for the services offered are those in effect at the time of booking. They can be consulted on the website or obtained on request. 3.2. Payment terms: Payment for services can be made by Bancontact bank card via the website. Payment terms specific to each service will be indicated when booking. ​ 4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND 4.1. Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Center. Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the service amount will be charged. Cancellation between 48 hours and 72 hours: 50% of the service amount will be charged. After 72 hours: Full refund or free service report. 4.2. Cancellation by the Center: The Center reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in exceptional circumstances. Customers will be informed as soon as possible, and arrangements will be offered.

5. RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY 5.1. Liability: The Center declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or damage resulting from reckless behavior or non-compliance with the instructions given by Center staff. 5.2. Security: Clients are required to respect the security rules established by the Center and follow the instructions of staff. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the Center without refund. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All documents, programs, and teaching methods used by the Center remain the intellectual property of the latter. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY The Center undertakes to respect the confidentiality of clients' personal information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent. 8. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE The Center reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale. Customers will be informed of any changes, and the new conditions will apply to reservations made after the change date. 9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These general conditions of sale are governed by the law in force in Belgium and any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels. 10. REPEAT ABSENCES OR LATE CANCELLATIONS 10.1. Repeat Absences or Late Cancellations: In the event of an unjustified absence or late cancellation repeated three times, the Center reserves the right to refuse to provide further services to the client. 10.2. Notification: The customer will be informed of these consequences after each incident of absence or late cancellation. 10.3. Justification for Absence: The client is required to justify any absence from a course or any late cancellation in accordance with the procedures specified by the Center. 10.4. Discretionary Decision: The decision to refuse a client due to repeated no-shows or late cancellations is at the discretion of the Center and may be made after careful consideration of the situation. 11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE By making a purchase or registering for the Center's services, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these General Conditions of Sale, including the clause relating to absences and late cancellations.
